I was at the hospital today ( lucky me )to get my ingrown toenail out . When i went into the actual hospital i suddenly became very nervous. This was very odd as i had already had this operation twice before on several ingrown toenails and i was more nervous than when i went for my first one as a child and on the way to the hosptial had thought nothing of this minor procedure. The only negative part of the actual operation was the numbing of my toe which happened to be four
huge injections into the side of my toe which was agony.
Now that i am home after this i cant really walk around and have to rest. This is a horrible thing for me as i am an outdoors person. Even when i was able just to walk down the hallway but now i think im so helpless having to stagger around the house fo 3 days while i heal . Yet i cant help but think of those whom are actually crippled and so on and me to just have a tiny taste of that . Mabey this is a life lesson on what we take for granted but one thing is i hope i never have a fifth ingrown toenail.
